Caregiver

Pay: $14.00-$16.00 per hour

Bonus: Up to $500 bonus paid during the first year

Schedule: Full-time and Part-time | 4-hour, 6-hour, 8-hour, 10-hour, and 12-hour shifts available

Start Time: Start working within 1 week

Training: Paid training provided

Location: Birmingham, AL and surrounding communities across Jefferson, Shelby, Bibb, Blount, Chilton, Coosa, Cullman, Elmore, Fayette, St. Clair, Talladega, Tallapoosa, Tuscaloosa, and Walker counties

We are hiring Caregivers for in-home senior care in the Birmingham area. This role may also match candidates searching for home health aide, CNA, nursing assistant, private caregiver, assisted living, weekly pay, and overnight caregiver jobs. We offer competitive hourly pay, flexible scheduling, and the opportunity to build steady hours with shifts ranging from 4 to 12 hours.

Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate one-on-one care for seniors in the home
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Provide companionship and support with daily routines
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Offer medication reminders
• Assist with errands and transportation when appropriate
• Support fall prevention, safety, and client comfort
• Document care activities and communicate with the care team
• Work a variety of shifts, including day, evening, weekend, and overnight assignments

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Current auto insurance
• Ability to pass a background check
• Reliable transportation
